Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in two school subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for specified categories) in aggregate.
- A Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or Three-years integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from an NCTE recognized institution is required.
- Alternatively, candidates can qualify with a Four-years Integrated B.A. B.Ed., provided they meet the specified marks criteria.
Age Limit:
- Age should be 21 years to 38 years as of January 1, 2024 (born between January 2, 1986, and January 1, 2003).
- Relaxation of 5 years for candidates from SC, ST, SEBC, Women, and Ex-Servicemen categories.
- Relaxation of 10 years for candidates with a disability (permanent) of 40% and more in the PwD categories.
